SMW can perform shearing, punching, bending, plasma cutting and various types of welding and spot welding operations. We can shear up to ¼” thick x 10 feet long utilizing a CNC backgauge to hold precise tolerances. We have a 110 ton x 10 foot Amada CNC press brake with a wide variety of tooling for different applications. A 30 ton CNC turret punch enables us to be able to punch various shapes and hole patterns as well as make many configurations of perforated and louvered panels, cabinets, enclosures, brackets, and supports for our existing customers.
